Whether exploring shipwrecks in Subic Bay or swimming alongside whale sharks in Donsol, becoming a certified diver in the Philippines is the gateway to unforgettable underwater adventures.

Phase 1: Knowledge Development

With the first two sections to prepare you for your confined water sessions, you will gain foundational knowledge and build confidence as you learn essential scuba diving principles and techniques. These sections cover topics such as basic underwater environment introduction, basic scuba equipment setup, underwater communication, and basic safety protocols. By the time you reach your confined water sessions, you’ll be ready to practice key skills in a controlled environment, ensuring a smooth transition to open water dives.

The remaining three sections will prepare you for the Open-water dives you will be doing by the end of your course. It will teach you more advanced equipment, essential to your scuba diving adventures. Essential, because it will be your guide and safety beacon especially when you venture out to new territories. It also reminds you of the most important lesson in scuba diving which is being the Underwater World Ambassadorship. Why you, along with the other 1% will need to aid the world in making them aware of the importance of the ocean in our lives.

Phase 2: Confined Water Dives

The second phase is putting all you have learned into practice in a confined setting like a dive pool or shallow part of the ocean. There are five confined water dives. With each dive we will carefully train you for the open water dives and teach you the skills you need to staying calm and how to handle natural scenarios that may or may not happen. One thing I learned in scuba diving is to be prepared for anything. Murphy’s Law.

If you have been certified in Discover Scuba Diving under PADI, you only need to complete four of the five confined water dives and three open water dives. The reason is the PADI DSD program counts as your first confined water session and the first open water dive.

We don’t wing it, we will ease you into it. It is how PADI taught us, and it is what we will teach you. That with each step to becoming a better diver is the calmness of learning how to become a good diver. Because we want you to take good care of yourself this sport we really love.
